Queue Management : Most of the artwork consists of Traditional Art (hand-drawn/painted), which will be processed one project at a time to ensure that every detail of each piece receives full and dedicated attention.

Major projects will be completed before the next one begins. However, smaller projects may be alternated while waiting for paint to dry or during appropriate stages of the process.

The working timeframe depends on the number of queues, artwork size, and complexity. The artist will always provide an estimated timeframe before starting any project.

If a rush order is requested, additional fees will apply.

Each queue slot allows a maximum of 2 pieces. Anything beyond this requires additional queue bookin.

Queue bookings can be made in advance.

A queue deposit of 200 THB is required. This deposit will be deducted from the final price. In the event of a subsequent cancellation, the artist reserves the right to non-refundable deposit under all circumstances. Additionally, a new deposit must be paid if you wish to reschedule your queue.

The stated prices for Traditional Art (hand-drawn/painted) include shipping within Thailand.

For international shipping or special delivery requests, additional fees will be charged based on actual costs.

When your queue starts, a 50% deposit is required before work begins for projects priced at or above 4,000 THB. Once the artwork is complete, the remaining balance must be paid prior to shipping. For all other cases, full payment is kindly required before work begins under all circumstances

Traditional Art Revisions are only allowed during the sketch phase and before final coloring. Watercolor and traditional media cannot be undone or modified like digital art.

Digital Art Revisions can be made according to the agreement established before starting the project. Colors, tones, paper textures, and watercolor flows may vary slightly from the samples or digital screens. This is a unique and natural characteristic of handmade artwork.

The artist reserves the right to adjust color tones, lighting, composition, or certain details to suit the material techniques and ensure artwork quality, while still primarily adhering to the client's brief.

Please consider carefully before ordering if you require 100% color accuracy.

The artist reserves the right to use the finished artwork for portfolio purposes or promotional use on amber sunset art's various channels. A watermark will be applied to prevent unauthorized use of the artwork.

If you would like your artwork to be a Private Commission or prefer it not to be published, please inform the artist before work begins.

If the brief is changed later, especially after work has already commenced, additional fees may apply as appropriate.
